Yahso is a Coosysoft product — the same team behind our custom-software work for property-management firms and trade businesses. This is our answer to the pattern we kept seeing across both sides: fragmentation, no trust layer, and no shared history when the same pro walks into the same property twice.

What we won't do

Trust by default

Exact address + access details stay hidden until a pro accepts. Every provider is license-checked, insured, background-verified, and reference-called before their first job.

Pros come first, too

No hidden lead fees. Providers get direct requests, control their schedule, and build a visible rating history that helps owners choose trusted pros.

No surprise pricing

Estimates before you book. Service payment is coordinated directly with the contractor, while Yahso keeps request history, notes, ratings, and receipts organized.
