Exact address and access details stay hidden until a pro accepts the job. Owners can review provider ratings and past-job history before booking; future production checks can add license, insurance, and reference review where required.

No hidden lead fees. Providers get repeat-customer requests, control their schedule, and build a visible rating history that helps owners choose trusted pros.
