Can I switch plans any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your settings any time. Upgrades apply immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The free tier IS the trial. It's not time-limited — you can stay on free forever. Upgrade only when you outgrow it (add a second property, need AI insights, want direct-request leads as a provider).
Do I pay per job on top of my plan?
The subscription covers the platform: matching, tracking, request history, ratings, and account tools. Owners pay providers directly for service work outside Yahso.
What if a job goes wrong?
Do not close the request. Attach photos, notes, and messages to the job history so the issue can affect provider visibility, preferred status, and rating history.
How does yearly billing save 20%?
Pay for 12 months up front and get 20% off the equivalent monthly total. E.g. Plus is $12/mo monthly, or $115/year yearly (works out to $9.60/mo). Cancel any time — remaining months are refunded pro-rata.
